Stuffed apples are a fun, portable way to eat your apple with your favorite protein spread!
Protein spread of choice
- Suggestions: peanut butter, sunbutter, hummus, almond butter, cream cheese
Use apple slicer to slice apple and core apple
From the core that was taken out of the apple, slice out the middle part with seeds
Use a rubber band to reassemble the apple with the slices together and the bottom part of the core
Put your favorite protein spread into the center of the apple
Place the top part of the core on top of the center filled with protein spread
You can now take this apple with you on the go! To eat, simply take off the rubber band to grab a slice with your favorite protein spread on it!
