Lettuce wraps are a healthy way to enjoy the taste of a sandwich without filling up on bread.

Ingredients:

2 full Lettuce leaves

4 slices of desired meat (chicken, turkey, roast beef, ham, etc.)

Small handful of shredded cheese (optional)

Directions:

  1. Place lettuce on a plate so it looks similar to a boat
  2. Roll each of the slices of meat into a separately
  3. Place one roll of meat in each piece of lettuce
  4. Sprinkle cheese on top of lettuce wraps if desired
  5. Enjoy!
