Lettuce wraps are a healthy way to enjoy the taste of a sandwich without filling up on bread.
Ingredients:
2 full Lettuce leaves
4 slices of desired meat (chicken, turkey, roast beef, ham, etc.)
Small handful of shredded cheese (optional)
Directions:
- Place lettuce on a plate so it looks similar to a boat
- Roll each of the slices of meat into a separately
- Place one roll of meat in each piece of lettuce
- Sprinkle cheese on top of lettuce wraps if desired
- Enjoy!
